On April 3, 1987, a true fighter was born to Shontay Dugar and LeRoy Smith in Cincinnati, OH. Tim gained his wings on March 1, 2021 at 6:55 a.m. at University Hospital. He was the oldest son of three brothers and four sisters of Shontay Dugar. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Shontel (NuNu) Wagoner and Brittany Wagoner.

Tim was a happy child; he always to wanted make others laugh, even if he said it wasn’t funny (lol). Tim attended Cincinnati Public Schools and worked various jobs. He attended Holiness Grove Deliverance Temple, under the leadership of the late Overseer Betty J. Cave and later joined God’s Gift House of Prayer, under the leadership of the late Rev. James W. Frazier. Tim had a passion for boxing, but his biggest passion was his music; where he belonged to the group (B$B) with S. DOT (RIP) and DIRTY D. His family was important to him; to know Tim was to love him and we all are going miss him dearly.

Tim leaves to cherish his life: his loving mother, Shontay Dugar-Wagoner (Tommy Wagoner, Sr. aka “Pops”); father, LeRoy Smith; daughter Timiyah Dugar; son, Timothy Lee Dugar, Jr.; seven brothers, Brandon Dugar, Tommy Wagoner, Jr. (Diondre), LeRoy Smith III, LaConta Smith, DaMonta Thomas, and Akeem Duncan, all of Cincinnati, OH and Derrick Millen (Chloe) of Concord, NC; three sisters: Shermecka Spicer (Raymont), Keisha Smith and Latosha Brown (Alfred), all of Cincinnati, OH; grandmother, Emily Frazier; girlfriend, Kim Kennedy; and a host of relatives and friends.
