Abdul Bilal Dedicated His Life to Reducing Violence in the Community (CIRV)
His achievements were recognized on July 23, 2012 at a memorial service and were followed by a march to the Lincoln Statue at Rockdale and Reading Roads. J.C. Battle & Sons Funeral Home is serving the family.
